PlanetReuse gets involved as early as possible. Our sweet spot is the Design Development phase, because the earlier we start the more we can help.

We work with the design team to seamlessly integrate reclaimed materials into your concept or project, often reviewing drawings and specs to provide a fresh perspective for reuse opportunities.

You request the materials, and we find them from our global list of providers.

We work to source materials within 250 to 500 miles of your project to limit the carbon footprint, reduce transportation costs and support regionally-sourced goals.

We rush to provide you with samples, pricing, submittals and specifications. We can even help write reclaimed material specs; whatever makes it easier for the team to bid out the project.

We find materials that fit your design and execute a material reservation form with the supplier. This secures pricing, availability and quantities so there are no surprises on bid day.

We incorporate materials into your specs and construction documents, and work with the selected contractor and subcontractors to coordinate purchase orders and delivery dates.

We provide documentation for LEED and Living Building Challenge efforts.
